Sacred - (The Diablo Killer)

http://www.ascaron.com/gb/gb_sacred/index.html

If you haven't played the demo yet. This game will be released tomorrow, at least in germany.

I already played the demo and as old D2 and LoD veteran I can say that this game easily beats D2 in all aspects.

It is an awesome action RPG and very addictive.

The graphics don't look very awe inspiring but I'll download the demo and check it out. It seems a little early to call it a Diablo Killer though based upon the information on the website.

If you play it you will. It is a lot more complex than Diablo 2 and the graphics are very nice for a fantasy RPG.

It got 87% and 86% in tests respectively so far and that without the multiplayer mode fully integrated yet.

I was a big fan of Diablo but Diablo 2 seemed more like a pretty mouse clicking tutorial. I'm about 5 minutes from finishing the d/l so I'll see how the game plays. It looks interesting enough.

It is like a mix between Diablo and Ultima I would say.

Which Ultima? There are varying levels of suck between 1-10 and Online. Anyways, hopefully Ascaron will have a booth at E3 this year so I can score some swag and maybe some review copies of up and comers. I think I will be picking up Sacred when it comes out for the US.

It's better then Dungeon Siege, while thats not saying much I did play DS to the end.
