Where can I get some good Mods for BF1942?

Planet Battlefield

or

Battlefield 1942 Files

They will both offer the same content. Sometimes there is a shorter wait on one as opposed to the other.

Please take note that Battlefield 1942 (and it's expansion packs The Road to Rome & Secret Weapons of WWII) are now on patch version 1.6. None of the Mods have upgraded to that version yet. Most will be up to speed on Friday or Saturday.

What is the mod you are playing that has those Russian Migs in it and the advanced uniforms and weapons?

Ken, do you have slow frame rates on levels like Midway? I have a 2.8 GHZ and a 128 MB card, but I still have slow responses

No I don't. My only issue with dropped frames is when my connection gets hosed one way or another.

What are your display settings?

What kind of video card do you have?

I run at 1024x768 w/32 bit color, all other settings/sliders are at max.
