Avenger Controller/Penny Arcade brouhaha

Don't know if many of you have seen/heard about this yet, but it's going CRAZY viral. It's gotten coverage from lots of major news sources (can't say all because I don't have time to confirm that, but it's a LOT).

I wouldn't want to be Paul Christoforo for a year or two, at least.

I've had more than my fair share of irate customers over the years, and I've never resorted to the type of language that the douchebag CSR did in that email chain.

Yeah, except he's not a CSR--he owns the company...the marketing company, that is. The makers of the controller dropped him that day.
