Jose Valverde seems to hold the ball in a funny way with his wrist fully cocked and twisted, a lot like Mantei does. I've always wondered if that put extra pressure on the shoulder and that was why Mantei has always had throwing arm problems.

Anybody see Valverde this spring and the last two years? Has he had rotator cuff problems too?
