espn reporting instant replay for thsi year is a done deal.

they might as well not have umps because balls and strikes are justs important as missed home run calls or any other call for that matter.

What are your points? Is the replay just for home run call? Is it for balls and strike? U want it for balls and strikes? I really don't know.

I dont know the details of the replay usages because i dont ahve a link to the story but i think if they use replay for home run calls they should use it for balls and strikes because they are just as important if not more.

5117, not to be rude or anything, but before you hit submit reply, PROOFREAD what you're about to post, will you?. Preview the post, read it to yourself and make sure it makes sense first. I'm sure I speak for anyone that reads some of your posts.

The LIMITED instant replay is solely for determining whether a ball was a homerun or not. It is not designed to judge balls and strikes, traps, etc.

It is designed to fix a highly visible and controversial area. The human element of balls and strikes, safe or out, none of that is effected, and frankly, with balls and strikes, would probably be technically impossible to do.

Great decision - will speed up the game, and make them more accurate.
