Ortiz really needs to win the opener of this series. For his and the team's sake. It would be brutal for the team's confidence to lose 2 of 3 to the Royals at home.

As terrible as we have been lately, the D'Backs still remain only 3.5 games out of 1st (tied with LA) - - Ortiz needs to find it tonight against KC!!!

I checked the scoreboard and it was 11-3 Dbacks in the 8th. Checked again and it is 11-8 Dbacks STILL in the 8th. Tell me that didn't just happen.
