Wow again! Saw them back in March at Cricket Pavilion, this one was even better! Anybody else go to this show?
I wasn't even sure I was gonna go to this concert until this morning. Asked both my brother and my wife (whom went with me to the March show at Cricket Pavilion), but neither could go because of a work night. Damn I love being self-employed!
Anyways, I call TicketMaster this morning just to see what is available, and I tell them I only need one ticket. BINGO...much to my surprise they have ONE ticket on the floor...DEAD CENTER, ROW freaking THREE!
Unbelievable, of course I buy it for like $69.00 and actually go by myself. Hey, why not? Awesome show, and prolly even more awesome than usual because for me being in the 3rd row and all. I was surrounded by a couple of "honey's" who obliged Tommy Lee in his "titty-cam" routine. For those that don't know...Tommy gets a camera and cruises around stage looking for "willing hooters" to be shown on the big-screen above the stage. Never a shortage of willing participants I tell ya.
They played all the classics and then some. The Crue has quite a cataloged I'll say. I liked how they went old school and played a ton of stuff from "Too Fast for Love", and "Shout at the Devil" in the first half of the show...then went to "Girls, Girls, Girls" and "Dr. Feelgood" albums to finish the show.
Well, I gotta get to bed. they wouldn't let cameras into the show, but I'll leave you with what I looked like after either Tommy Lee or Nikki Sixx threw a bucket of "something" into the crowd. It was red as red could be, but by the time I got home for the wife to snap this picture it started turning pink. This stuff was almost impossible to come off in the shower, and my clothes are pretty much ruined. What do you think...should I sue the "Crue"? lol
