Sorry if this thread exists already--I did a quick search and didn't find one, but I just finished reading this book and found it profoundly touching!

Has anyone read it (or seen the movie)? Okay guys, I am quite certain this more than meets all of the chick flick criteria and you may not wish to cop to it, but ladies (and secure gents), have any of you read it?

I'm curious if you think she made the right decision?
