Former Olympian Antonio Pettigrew has been found dead in Chatham County and authorities say they are unsure if his death was accidental or a suicide. Chatham County sheriff's Maj. Gary Blankenship said Tuesday that Pettigrew's body was found in the backseat of his car, parked to the side of a bridge.
