I think we get worse with that deal. Daniels & Stevenson are selfish players that would not fit well with our system.

We get rid of Diaw and get a legit PG/SG/PFC in return! All Stevenson would be there for is his defense and 3ball, he is a younger version of Bell imo; he is supposed to shoot when he gets the ball. Daniels is a great PG and can easily take control when Nash is out. His assists last year show he is not selfish with the ball.
Wiz have to make room for Etan thomas , and haywood is a solid defender/rebounder imo.

What sort of system do selfish players fit with?

BTW, I do think this trade makes the SUNS a little better....for the upcoming season.
Heywood can play and would be a more than adequate backup for SHAQ.
Heywood>Lopez so thats a no brainer.
Tucker hasn't proved a thing so obviously thats an upgrade with either Daniels or Stevenson(who did a nice job in Gilbert's absence last year.)
This trade doesn't excite me but to say it wouldn't give us some proven depth over whom we're counting on as of today would be false.

I'm all in on that trade! I've wanted Haywood here since his draft....

Not a bad trade at all, however, doesn't WAS want to keep Haywood over Etan Thomas?
On a side note, most teams don't want to get rid of two year contracts (2010 free agency) but that is not an issue for WAS because they won't have cap space with Arenas + Jamison.
