WIlliams is 22, a Sf who already has better stats than Bell. Atlanta is in need of experience.
With a young player who can play beside Amare, the Suns can move Barbosa to Sg and a Stoudamire can be BU PG.

I believe that with Shaq, the Suns will have to become more "traditional". I don't know who the new coach will be but if it's Silas, he would love a young midrange shooter like Williams.
