That's all you need to know right there. No way are the Bulls taking on both of those horrible contracts.

No way Suns can win anything more than the infamous 50-and-fade with this reincarnation of DA's system roster, just to feature the rapidly declining Nash and the run-and-gun style. And without even 3pt shooters.
Hinrich, Tyrus, Jeffries are just bad ideas.
And, it doesn't seem to make sense for anybody else too. Absolute, lose-lose-lose trade. It's quite some achievement that someone came up with it in the first place.

I wasn't really going for the SSOL style. But more of a defensive, tough team with Lee, Nocioni and Amare at the F/C positions.
Plus with Jeffries and Tyrus Thomas off the bench, you have that defensive athleticism plus slashers that can finish in the open court.
The deal basically started with me trying to get Lee and Hinrich to Phoenix, while getting Barbosa and Diaw to New York. And like I said, an hour later and I'd had enough.
I do agree though. Run a zone defense against this Suns team and we'd struggle to score 60 for the game.

Would David Aldridge's head explode if Jared Jefferies and Amare were on the same team?

I do not even know where to start with how terrible this trade is. First off, Duhon is a UFA and wants to start, so he is not coming back. Gordon will be signed and traded, but you having him staying with Chicago. He is a RFA that wants too much money. Third, the Bulls already trade for Randolph once from the Knicks, but his name was Michael Sweetney the first time around. Fouth, why would the Bulls want 3 picks in the top 16, are they rebuilding all of a sudden?
My guess is, if the Bulls go with Rose, they will package Tyrus Thomas and Kirk Hinrich and then sign and trade Gordon somewhere else. If they go after Michael Beasley, they will package Gordon and Gooden, since Gooden only has one year left, it make it easier to make that trade. Thomas will then go somewhere else.

Anybody on the Suns roster that you'd like for Hinrich and Thomas??
Being a Suns fan, I'd REALLY like to see a Trade for those two players, or Hinrich maybe with an other piece(s) but not sure what Bulls fans think of Barbosa; Bell; Diaw; Hill (to make numbers work, even though he'd likely retire but that'd be $2 Million off cap); Strawberry; Tucker; Draft Pick #15; Skinner (assuming he can be Traded in Sign n Trade with other players); Giricek (see Skinner); Trade Exception that should be valued at like $8.1 Million and one valued at $2.9 Million - although I know those can't be Traded with a player but multiple Trades can happen; and of course $3 Million cash lol...
Anything??
