Atlanta? No, only if they gave us #11 for their pick in 2008.
Boston? Only as the 4th team
Charlotte? Could take Marion for a combination of Brevin Knight, Jake Voskuhl, Harrington, Brezec and capspace and #8 or maybe throw in a Sean May?
Chicago? Makes no sense, Have trouble matching Marion's salary without complicated sign and trades and Marion hates Skiles I think.
Cleveland? Has nothing Minnesota would want.
Dallas? No unless they wanted to trade Josh Howard for Shawn Marion.
Denver? No.
Detroit? Nothing Minnesota would want.
Golden State? Marion is a perfect fit for them, what would they be willing to give up? Richardson, Jasikevicius and #18? Would Boston give up #5 and Ratliff for that?
Houston? No.
Indiana? No.
Clippers? No.
Lakers? Unlikely.
Memphis? Would they give up #4 , Swift, Stoudamire and Cardinal?
Miami? No.
Milwaukee? WTF look at Bobby Simmons' contract. Are they already under the cap? Simmons, Villanueva and #6 may be enough, geez Bobby Simmons has 3yrs/30M$ on his contract 10 Million $ per year.
New Jersey? Would they give up Jefferson, #17 and would Boston take that for #5? Would they throw in another prospect like Williams?
New Orleans? No.
New York? Maybe, they might give up talent like Malik Rose, Channing Frye, Jared Jeffries, David Lee and #23. Not any standouts..
Orlando? No.
Philly? No.
Portland? Would they give up Randolph and say Jack? Possibly Randolph going to another team like Atlanta or Boston for a pick? Possibly, would Minnesota or Boston want it?
Sacramento? No, Artest+Kenny Thomas and #10 would work but that seems like nothing would work with that package. And a 4th team would have to take Artest most likely.
Seattle? No.
Toronto? No.
Utah? No, unless for some strange reasons Marion wanted to go there and the other teams wanted Kirilneko.
Washington? No.
Charlotte, Boston, Atlanta, Golden State, New Jersey, Portland, Milwaukee, New York those may be teams that would be a possibility.

Atlanta gets Atlanta 2008, Brevin Knight
Minnesota gets Kurt Thomas, Othella Harrington, Sean May, #8, #11, 10M$ trade exception
Phoenix gets Garnett
Charlotte gets Marion, 29
or
Minnesota gets Simmons, Thomas, Skinner, Villanueva, #6, #11
Atlanta gets Atlanta 2008, #29
Phoenix gets KG
Milwaukee gets Marion
Not sure if that is too much for Milwaukee to give up but Simmons contract is simply outrageous at 3yrs for 10M$ each. Milwaukee wouldn't lose capspace in this trade I think.
Not many teams would be even interested in Marion let alone giving up assets for him.
Boston, GS, NJ, Portland, Toronto, Bucks, that'd be it. I'd do the proposed deal with Boston, or Marion for Richardson/Pietrus, whether the KG deal gets done or not.

i doubt toronto wants him. bosh creates most of the plays for them down there, and we know marion can't create his own shot. Bosh is a bit bigger than marion and he is better in almost all aspects

All people want to offer is expiring contracts and stuff. If you loved the stuff, then maybe you go that way. But otherwise, the main asset is the LT savings.
Weak point: Would Chicago bite? Theyre looking to trade duhon and I think Thabo can be left out and it still works out. Combine all the picks left over to balance it out to whoever.

Atlanta isn't receiving nearly enough in those trades for them to be interested.
I really believe the teams that make the most sense are Memphis and G.S.... But I don't think we would get KG in return, I think it would have to be a straight up trade with us and Memphis...
Plus next year the have the potential of 2 top ten picks (OJ Mayo, and Derrick Rose Maybe) to continue their change.. Ivaroni is a master at getting the best out of his big men, and that team can run, and be as exciting and entertaining as any in the league!
Next year maybe add OJ Mayo (ATL pick), Michael Beasley (Their own pick), and they have a SOLID young core to contend in the near future...
The Warriors would add an all star to their team and only had to give up a disgruntled shooting guard in return... their rotation
PG: Davis
SG: Ellis/Pietrus
SF: Jackson/Azubuke
PF: Marion/O'Bryant
C: Harrington/Biedrians
Marion would be a dream addition, allow them to keep running without losing too many rebounds.. Marion would get to be 1a fiddle to davis and add leadership to a young team....
The suns would get KG, and wouldn't have to give up Marion AND Barbosa.. their rotation of
Its a dream starting 5, with Babrosa, Hill, and Brown leading the bench, they keep their youth, while adding a superstar in Garnett, and a SOLID role player in Hill....
I think this trade definantly works for all parties, it works under the cap, and makes sense for everyone..
Will someone send this idea to Griffen please....
