Hands down the best trade I have seen

http://www.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=685744

From the bucks forums:

Milwaukee Sends: Yi
Milwaukee Recieves: Dirk

Dallas Sends: Dirk
Dallas Gets: Carl Landry

Seattle Sends: Carl Landry
Seattle Gets: Nate Mcmillan(Coach)

LA Lakers Sends: Luke Walton
LA Lakers Recieve: Eduardo Najera

Portland Sends: Nate Mcmillan
Portland Recieves: Luke Walton

Toronto Sends: T.J. Ford
Toronto Recieves: Steve Nash

Miami Sends: Dwyane Wade, Shaq
Miami Recieves: Carlos Arroyo

Phoenix Sends: Steve Nash
Phoenix Recieves: Dwyane Wade

Orlando Sends: Carlos Arroyo
Orlando Recieves: Shaq

Denver Sends: Eduardo Najera
Denver Recieves: Chauncey Billups

Detroit Sends: Chauncey Billups
Detroit Recieves: TJ Ford

Why Milwaukee does it: Wisconsin has a huge German population/heritage. Many sponsorships/deals could come from German Restaurants/Beers.

Why Dallas does it: Dallas will attract football fans to their games with the famous Dallas Cowboys name of Landry. They add a new market.

Seattle: Seattle saves its franchise because fans come to see former player Nate Mcmillan and have hope because the last year he coached there, Seattle made the playoffs

LA Lakers: With a large Mexican population, LA adds a Mexican player for their fans to follow.

Why Portland: Portland fans will flock to see the son of Portland legend Bill Walton. They will add a new jersey to their throwback Walton jerseys.

Why Toronto: Toronto gets a PG from Canada for Canadian fans to flock to see.

Miami: A large Puerto Rican population will flock to the games for Arroyo.

Phoenix: Casual NBA fans who recognized Barkley will now come to games to try and get in this new player, Dwyane Wade's 5. In other news, the NBA has struck a deal with T-Mobil.

Orlando: They get their old fans back who left after Shaq did. Orlando has also signed Penny Hardaway, Nick Anderson, and Dennis Scott to max deals.

Denver: Basketball fans who only are only interested in NCAA ball will now come to see Nuggets games with former Colorado player Chauncey Billups in town.

Detroit: Detroit gets a player who can represent their largest chunk of revenue in their city, Ford Motors. TJ Ford can become the official spokesman and draw fans to the games.

-----

I got a good chuckle out of reading this after heading over there to get any update on the whole Yi situation.

An 11 team trade moving a handful of superstars would probably be the biggest trade in history?!??

What else would even come close that would make you debate it??!

cly2tw, it sends players to the city where they would most be 'at home' or popular. Just read the bottom explanations.
