guys and girls , just let me say that I am not looking for sympathy or anything like it. But I have been a Cardinal fan since 1960 and on this board since it's inception. Had to change names several times because of moving and not knowing how to move my handle. But the point is that I have terminal cancer and was given 2 months to go a month ago. What a bummer I have waited this long for the season that I think that we are going to have and my ticket was going to punched
But this morning my Oncologist says that if everything goes well I may have another year Beleive it or not after family the 1st thing that I thought was YES!!! I get the chance to watch my team for at least one more season!
COME ON CARDINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!

Fight ii like the DEVIL it is, never give it an inch, Always keep your Faith's Pressure as well as God's Pressure on it- As Has been shown, Faith, Prayer, God and Positive will can snuff this MotherFucher!!! That's really harsh..The only thing I can say is to Hang in there and know that medicine is an imperfect science..many people have been told they have weeks to live and have gone on to shock the doctors..All my prayers and also I'm gonna make you my Cards battle cry this year..when the outlook of the season is in doubt I'm gonna yell...WIN IT FOR DANNY!

I have thought about legacy Cardinal Fans that have passed on without seeing this team be successful; the kind of success that earns the respect of the NFL, media, and fans. Die-hard fans to the end.
I know you will keep fighting for another season Danny, they call fans like you "die-hards" for a reason. We are part of that family together, and you know your family's best thoughts and prayers are behind you.

Fight, fight, fight (which I'm sure you're already doing)! I think the Cards are gonna need another two or three seasons to get to the big dance, so we'll need to have God keep you around for that.
