It appears that Phil is trying to lure anyone into coming and visiting him in any way possible i just found this thread from a while back and after reading the whole pay phone situation I am beginning to believe that Phil is an older man who sits at home throughout the day thinking of ways to lure individuals to his anthem house...who knows maybe he uses the computer at the library and lives behind hungry howies????
