Originally we were going to take Calico in the 2nd round.
Dude Boldin hears about it & calls up Cards HQ/Draft War Room & sez "Get Rod on the horn." There was a pause. Graves picks up the phone.
"Roddy my man, I know you wanna receiver...and I know Blake is da man to throw the rock. I don't wanna play on artificial turf. The women in AZ are dope. You will take ME with your 2nd round pick."
Graves froze & nodded while he was on the phone & scribbled something on paper. He handed it to Bidwill Jr who made the call to NY.
The rest is history. We took Boldin in the 2nd.
He is quick as lightning, but only faster.
He is like a jedi, but with a more powerful mind trick.
He will start opening day.
He will score and score again.
You can't stop him, you can only hope to contain him.
Fear, fear the red bird!

When Boldin went to the doctor for some blood work, the doctors were amazed at what they found. They did some experiments and then sold his blood to Pfizer - who now markets that little experiment under the name Viagra.
Late one Thursday night, Boldin was bored and was looking for something to do. He got some repelling gear, a flashlight and a spoon. By early Friday Morning the people in the Black Hills were amazed to see four new presidents staring at them from the mountain. He named the mountain after his mother's mother's maiden name - Rushmore.
On a long Memorial Day weekend, for $20 and a bucket of wings, Boldin took apart the London Bridge and rebuilt it stone by stone in the desert at Lake Havasu City.
Originally posted by SECTION 11 I heard Boldin once breast fed an alligator back to health, then beat it one-on-one in basketball 21-0.
lol, that's the funniest one yet.....
The "Oh the humanity voice" from the Hindenburg crash, that was definitely Boldin. What most people don't know, is while he was doing the play by play, he was actually collecting all the survivors, and leading them to safety.

Big Bang
"I think about the game 24-7. I don't think there's an hour that goes by that I don't think about basketball."
Possesses a good, solid build for a wide receiver. Has great hands and can really pluck and snag the ball. Plays faster than he times and is a dangerous open-field runner. Boldin has nice soft hands, and is very athletic. He has a knack for making big plays. He has made the adjustment smoothly to the WR position after starting his career as a QB. He has good size, and can go deep or over the middle, and make opponents miss.
