The draft.....

It was a pleasure meeting all of you and out drafting you. I look forward to a fun season.

ps. I think Greenmachine just took another pitcher headed for the DL.

Agreed on it all. It was a pleasure meeting everyone, and I did just take another injury prone pitcher.

If you did, you'd be the fastest damn walker on the face of the Earth.

Ya should have called me dude.. I'd have picked you up on Priest, rather than seeing you walk the entire damn way.

Anyhow, I had a blast, and it was my honor getting to meet you all. Thanks to everyone who made this the best draft I've been a part of.

And Green Machine, second place is looking pretty good eh buddy?? LOL

I can barely see it in my rear view mirror so I'll just have to take your word for it.

Oh, by the way, did anyone ever figure out who the hell Pat picked in the 17th round?? And I'm never gonna look at Geoff Jenkins the same again.

LOL.. That's pretty damn close to what it reads like too.

Alan, you're the man for keeping track of all the picks... but trying to read that one gives me a headache.

I think all of us feel the same way. If Geoff has a 30 HR season I just may jump off a cliff.

Pretty happy with my team:
C- Ivan Rodriguez
1B- Todd Helton
2B- Dan Uggla
3B- Scott Rolen
SS- Miguel Tejada
OF- Carl Crawford
OF- Vladamir Guerrero
OF- Jeff Francouer
DH/UTIL- Richie Sexson/Frank Thomas

Pitchers:
Roy Halladay
Carlos Zambrano
Felix Hernandez
Dave Bush
Mark Prior
Francisco Rodriguez
Mike Gonzalez

Bench:
Raul Ibanez
Richie Sexson/Frank Thomas
Chad Tracy
Scott Podsednik
Morgan Ensberg
Luis Castillo

Really hoping to do well with this team. I think my weakpoint is depth in the IF though...

You might be jumping with a group of us.

You had a very solid draft for where you were picking at man. I'm thinking this is going to be a nail biter of a league.
