Need Dbak resource help asap

I'm playing The Sporting News Ultimate fantasy baseball game and I'm loaded up on Dbaks and kicking ass.

How can I find out before game time which catcher is starting and whether Callaspo or Chris Young is playing? I can make changes before game time.

Chris Young had a tweaked groin but as far as I know he should be good to start tonight.

Check ESPN about an hour (or half hour) before gametime and they usually have the lineups. I'd say thats the best way if you have time to do it. Young will probably play tonight vs Colorado
