I like it on both sides, and no I'm not saying that to be biased.
In a sleeper league, Pujols is unreal. He's the biggest no brainer of them all. Atkins isn't that far of a drop off at 3rd, and is one of the better young up and comers in the game. As for Dunn, where he kills you with average, in our league that average will be made up for with the homers.
As for your side, Berkman isn't that far of a drop off from Pujols at first. He's steady and consistent. One of the most underrated players in the game. A-Rod, hey what else needs to be said? As for Webb, he's steady. He'll upgrade your pitching staff.
I'm pretty split on the deal. I hated giving up A-Rod and Berkman, but to get something of value, you have to give something. Pujols to me is worth the investment, so are Atkins and Dunn.
