YESSSSSS!! Cards still ALIVE !!!!!
Thank you Cowboys!!!
Cardinals still got a chance at the division. I dont care what nobody says. Winning is all that matters!!!! The cards may not be a playoff team, but you have to keep your eyes on winning.
Let next year wait until NEXT YEAR!!!!

Its possible the Seahawks, only win 1 more game, but odds are it would be against us. They have the Vikings, Jets, Falcons, and us. I doubt the Rams will lose all there games to.

Let's lay off the kool-aid. We realistically would have to go 4-0 to even consider going to the playoffs and even then may find ourself in a tie with the Rams who would advance thanks to their superior division record.
Let the Rams make the playoffs and even win a game so they retain that hack Marmie while they get a year older next year. The Seahawks have their starting CB, RB, QB, and OT going into free agency and could be looking at a coaching change. The Niners have already said that they won't spend again until 2006 and may be starting a rookie QB. We have money and more experience going into next year so have patience because the NFC West could be just as bad again in 2005.

That will be tough to accomplish, espeically when this team is in the middle of QB tryouts.

We could get in with 7-9! There really isn't any games these teams should win out of the remaining games except for us... They funny thing is Seattle could beat us at their place and we could still get in! I think if we win the rest we will be in...
Actually I think that would be wrong... I think they win tiebreakers..not sure though...

it's pathetic
That we even THINK thatit would be anything good to sneak into the playoffs just becaue the NFC West is so lame.
17-31 record for the division - .354
12 guarenteed wins within the division.
Let's see at the end of the year how many wins above 12 this divivsion accumulates.
Then tell me that ANY of the teams deserve the label of "playoff team".

STOP IT!!! STOP IT!!! The Cards are NOT a playoff team ... that don't deserve to even make the playoffs. I love 'em to death (and yes they will be the death of me), but they are not even close to playoff caliber. Let's take 6-10 or even 7-9 and thank the Lord we improved and can move forward....

Green started tanking the season when he threw his hissy fit after the Giants win. A Win mind you. Oh this offence is no good - and they weren't - but now the meddleing and his bad judgement in the beginning of the year (bringing in King) just bit him in the arse.
He's got no one to blame but himself.
Of course it's all part of the Denny Master Plan - The DMP. SSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!

There will be no magic .... it's going to take Drafting well (which Denny did this year) AND continuing to pick up some key FA's (which was accomplished this year) to turn this team around. And all that will take more than THIS YEAR. Face it, the Cards are NOT very good. Are we moving in a good direction? yes ... Just trying to keep it real dude

yeah and the reality is that this team has a CHANCE to make the playoffs and you dont just pass on that in hopes of a good draft pick. We already know the team is not very good and would probably get smoked even IF they made the playoffs. You still aim for them and wait until AFTER the year is over to think about NEXT YEAR
