It seemed pretty awful from where we were sitting. From our seats we stared right down the line at the fumble that was 'blown dead' and made unchallengable. Ridiculous. My Cowboys fan buddy (I didn't know he was a Cowboys fan when we became friends - I'm sorry), he texted me at the time of the "tuck" and told me it was a bs call.
I'm so glad we won one of these games where the refs were sticking it to us.

I thought after the hochuli (Sp?) mistake the league immediately was making a change that says that even on the whistle blow like that if it was an obvious fumble and recovery it could be reviewed? Because no one stopped on that first fumble. That was a blatant screw up by the refs.
I swear I thought we were toast on Dallas's first possession because every ref on the field was going to let them snap the ball with 0 seconds on the play clock. Romo even stopped asking for the ball and it wasn't until THREE Cardinals were jumping up and down, screaming and pointing at the clock that the refs actually called a delay of game.
From that point on, nothing surprised me except our somehow pulling out the win. How many times have the Cards been called for delay of game, and even once when it WASN'T, and the Cowpukes go 3 seconds after 0 and still almost get the play off.

People of Mars, you say we are brutes and savages. But let me tell you one thing: if I could get loose from this cage you have me in, I would tear you guys a new Martian ***hole. You say we are violent and barbaric, but has any one of you come up to my cage and extended his hand? Because, if he did, I would jerk it off and eat it right in front of him. “Mmm, that’s good Martian,” I would say. - Jack Handey
The measure of one's individual liberty is proportionate to their acceptance of personal responsibility. Without the latter the former will cease to exist.
To a point. Even good teams have blown calls go against them (i.e the non fumble by Cutler against the Chargers).
You can't rely on the officials to bail you out. You have to go in with the mindset that you will win in spite of everything that goes against you and not focusing on the negative things. In the past the cards would fold when something went wrong and expect to lose.
For the first time in a long time (possibly ever) this team seems to have finally gotten that mindset.

Yup! Memories of the screw job on the delay-of-game with one second on the clock at Fed Ex Field were dancing in my head.
When on the flag on the FG block I was expecting offsides Arizona.

On Mike and Mike this morning, they were saying how that non-fumble call was far more blatant than the one Hochuli was getting raked over the coals for. But since it happened in the 1st,that no one would make a big deal about it.
