Power LG
Large DT that can command a double team
Athletic Free Safety
Consistancy at QB
Consistancy in the offensive and defensive systems.
... Matt Leinart (I would keep Warner and trade 2 firsts and a third for him).

My take would be a solid O line and some quality CB's
Josh seems to lead the O well and he is still young I do not want to start with a rookie QB. That would take us a few more years, for the record Matt Leinart no thanks he is not the answer. He is no top pick thats for sure on the other hand Reggie Bush yeah I would take him in a heartbeat

Shaub did look pretty good which is why Atlanta with Vick always an injury waiting to happen will make sure to keep him.

THe only thing that will work is for the owner to sell the team and the new owner to change the name. This team is cursed and will never win no matter who is coach or who plays for them.

Matt Leinart was a joke...but keep Warner and draft Leinart would solve the QB issue for years.
Reggie Bush could be good, but he could also be best athlete without a position. I have yet to see a h-back that was worth a first rounder.

-An offensive line that can run block ... ours is just plain friggin awful (they are getting pretty good at pass blocking though)
-A run blocking TE for same above
-A DT that commands a double team and can stop the run (although we were pretty good today. This has still been a problem all season)
-Our secondary to stay healthy

OL (mainly LG), DT (next to Dockett), FS, MLB (Hayes hopefully), CB depth, QB (depends).

I'm tellin' ya, move Ross to LG, or RG and move Brown to LG and the OL problems are solved. That is if Wakefield keeps improving.

If healthy Hayes will be fine.

We are thin in that every corner is hurt but every one that they threw out there did fine. It was only until we had a safety playing CB that we didn't look so fine.
