Where are all the DG lovers now?

Hopefully today's game underscored the fact that Denny needs to go. He wins two games against the Rams, and Lions. And they beat the Seahawks in their best game yet and people want to keep him. Hopefully people see now that if we keep DG the Seattle game is the exception, not the rule. Only 2 more weeks until the best time of year to be a Cards fan...the offseason.

Next week will not be easy, and a win against the Chargers could turn out to be meaningless anyway. It is going to be bye bye for Denny Green.

Running on three straight downs in the second half to settle for a field goal was an absolute joke.

This whole coaching staff is an absolute joke. I have been hoping it since week 5 of last season, and now it looks like my wishes will come true DG will be gone as our coach forever. I hope Parcells leaves Dallas and DG becomes the new HC. That would be funny to see him and T.O. together in Big D. What a mess that would be.

Nobody wanted to keep him for that. However if he ran the table I wouldn't have been on the fire Denny wagon. Running the table, to me, was the only way to have him keep his job.

He didn't do it. He should be done.

I think the general mood was IF he wins out he shouldn't be fired, not that he WOULD win out.

Especially the 3rd one. I can only assume Denny thinks if we have Arrington in, nobody is going to think run, why else take a 3rd and 2 and give it to a guy who has had 11 carries all season, and isn't exactly noted for his power?

Thank you D-Dogg. My point exactly. Maybe if he'd have kept it close, I might have at least been willing to wait. Bit yesterday we were back to our old undisciplined selves.

I wonder if Denny would have selected Ted Ginn if he was running things next year?

I think most Denny "lovers" were saying if he wins out, or wins two of his final three with the loss being competitive, he should be back

I think were are close to the Denny coming back argument being moot.

We are close, very close.

Okay, now it is moot.

For some reason I thought this thread was about Green's extramarital affairs.

This topic at this time is mute as I will be on this subject till Green is gone. To bad he has helped in so many ways. To bad he just doesn't have it anymore. It probably is enthusiasm for the game.

I, for one, am thankful for the talent that DG has brought us. The next coach that comes in here will be too.

This is exactly right. This team needed to play like a contender for the playoffs the last 4 or 5 games. Yesterday, they acted like they were ready to go hit the links and go on vacations. The coaches sent the message yesterday. We have been told we won't be back by our head coach and we are done. Denny Green is done in Arizona as the headcoach. He may stick around as an advisor so it can seem as though he is earning his last years paycheck....he stole the last 3 years with his yank the Qb antics and with his weak gameday management. He will leave the team in better shape talent wise than Coach Mac did but a new coach will have to get the team to play to that talent.
