When will Cards Announce Offers on RFA's?

Today, Thursday March 2 is the deadine for submission of qualifying offers by clubs to their Restrictive Free Agents. The Cards have Reggie Wells, Hayes, Bridges, Moore & King in that category. I have not yet seen their official announcemnet which is due today???

Maybe it was pushed back because of the free agent thing being pushed back a few days...?

The new CBA and salary cap numbers have to be computed before the NFL can release the tender values for RFAs.

On NFL Network it said it was pushed back to March 5th
