Week 3 NFL Coverage Maps.
Abomb used to post these maps a lot, but I'll live on his legacy a bit.

Spero Dedes and Randy Cross????
Who are these guys?
And I wonder what is up with that blue area in the middle of the Carolinas. Hard to figure out what the interest there would be in San Diego v Seattle.

Spero Dedes is the radio man for the Lakers, and does college football. He's very good at describing action but has a cadence that I find incredibly annoying. Not sure if he uses it in football as well, but in basketball broadcasts his rising and falling voice bugs. He is knowledgeable though, in bball.

We could post the maps, but now they use Google Earth and it isn't a flat image file anymore. It would take screencaps. Time is permitting me from doing so, but you or someone else is more than welcome.

I find these maps very interesting, and I have no idea why.

Me too. I get spellbound by them.
In L.A. we get the NY Giants and Dallas foisted on us every freaking week. Thank heavens for Sunday Ticket.
