We should all apply for jobs on the sports networks
Because not a single one has a clue about the Cardinals or follows them past Fitzgerald. Heck, seeing THESMEL as a host on the NFL network would be golden. You would have Irvin with his constant spitting while talking about the Cowboys and then THESMEL could shut 'em up with a hour long discussion of how Beanie is the best back in the league and he needs to get the ball more and how it would be nice if the Cowboys could beat the Cardinals on a consistent basis...till then, SHUT UP PLAYMAKER!

Your right. But we would lose some important posters off this board. Forget that.

Newspapers too. I was reading draft grades from a KC sportswriter that down graded the Cards for not drafting a replacement for Levi Brown, who left via free agency.

We would certainly get more coverage, but honestly sometimes our own fan base is harder on this team than those who aren't even talking about us.

I was hired as a sportscaster for a local TV station when I was younger. But they let me go because I had a tendency to drool a lot while on camera when I got excited. I suppose I should have mentioned this too them ahead of time, but I felt it wouldn't matter and they couldn't not not hire me due to my disability. The last night I did the sports for them I was drooling so much I shorted out the mic.

Thanks for spitting out that information to us...
Or was it more of a trickle of information?

Were you reporting from the lockeroom shower?

Here's what I came up with off the top of my head (much love to everyone mentioned, who are all excellent posters on this site):
"Hot Tub Hour", starring THESMEL and Matt Leinart
"Living the Curse", starring Duckjake
"Weekly Open Letters to Michael Bidwill", starring Mitch
"The Never Ending Rant", starring K9
"Comedy Hour", starring Jeff the Shark - which will be extrordinarily well reviewed but only have new episodes about once every six months
"Wild on NFLN!", starring Rodrigo the Brazilian and the new guy from Finland
"Showing My Jugs", starring Jersey Girl, which will be the cornerstone of NFLN's new "after dark" lineup
Any other good ones you can think of?

DesertDawg's Oddball segment where he addresses teams which are not doing too well and takes on Donald Sutherland's character from the Eastwood flick Kelly's Heroes and chastises the fans for all their negative vibes
