Why do they insist on using the crap that is called Real for all their downloads? Do they have a sponsorship deal or something?

Kurt was on Mike & Mike this morning also. They had him on mainly to talk about the new rule regarding hitting qb's below the knees. Kurt (jokingly) said that it didn't go fare enough and that the QB's should be able to wear a red jersey and not be touched during a game.

He talked a bit about how excited he was to have Edge in town and compared it to his time in St. Louis with them bringing in all of the offensive weapons they did before their run.

It sounded like he was going to be at an AllTel? store today recording voicemail messages for peoples cell phones. I have to say, it would be pretty cool to have Kurt, or any Cardinal as my voice message.

Go Cards!!!

Short recap:

They asked him about the over analyzing of the draft. He said he doesn’t know how effective it is. Look at Q, not fast enough, not tall enough but one of the greatest players he has ever played with.

Edge is calling him daily to ask about team, film, players. Wants to do what ever it takes to be the best out there, make the Cards the best.

Rams went from 4-12 to SB champs. Cards can too. He re-signed because he thinks they are close. Top 10 in offence and defense last year with a # of great players. Adding great players now they need to change attitude of past. They need that winning character and chemistry, finding a way to get it done regardless of circumstances. Cards have a # of guys who want to make that game changing play. Putting the talent together with the right attitude and the Cards will be challenging for the SB every year.

Nope, Denny allways has spouted that he wants BPA - Best PLAYER Available.

They are on the same page. Green goes for best player available, not best athlete. Rolle or Fitz were not the best athletes at their positions but they were the best players. If he did pick best athlete he would have picked Carlos Rogers instead of Rolle last year.

Not to mention Roy Williams over Fitz
