I mean it seems to me the Cards are getting very little credit for the win and the story is that Dallas lost, not that we beat them.
The Cards beat Dallas. people seem to be overlooking the fact that even if we didn't block the punt we were going to have great field position, and the way the offence was playing, in all likelyhood going to score anyway.
I work with a Dallas fan and he just seemed to shrug off the loss as a fluke
We need to trounce the Panthers for people to start sitting up and taking notice.
thank you rant over

No victory "sucks" as a Cardinals fan. Nothing "sucks" about being 4-2. Just because you have an ignorant Cowboy fan at work, don't begin to impune what was easily our biggest victory at the new stadium so far.

Absolutely I don't care if they credit us or not we won the game, we're 4-2, we have a 2 game lead in the division(and have only played 1 divisional game), we're going into a bye week in first place.
I'm not real sure why everybody seems to worry about the media's perception of us as a team is, was, or will be. Personally I could care less as long as we know what we are and what we have. If they can't respect it to hell with them. The more we win the stupider (if that's a word) they look!
What's the old saying? "Only worry about the things you can control?"
Be proud of what the Cardinals did. Forget about what some joker in a blue jersey thinks.
Actually, I thought the Cardinals got more love than usual after this win - no doubt because (win or lose) the Felons are publicity-magnets; but hey! You have to start somewhere and there's nothing wrong with there being tons more Cardinal publicity being funneled to a national fan-base and saying that the Cardinals beat this year's presumptive Super Bowl favorite.

The Arizona Cardinals have NEVER led their division by two games. Until yesterday. That victory was SWEET! I couldn't care less what Dallas fans think about it.

A Cowgirl fan came up to me after the game and asked, "did you enjoy your super bowl victory?" I laughed and said, "no, but I enjoyed my week 6 victory over the Cowboys!" These tools will make excuses for the loss, but at the end of the day, all that matters is who has more points than their opponent.
The Cardinals controlled the game more than they didn't, but honestly, I'd rather have the national media ignore a victory in favor of the defeated. I believe that our team is young enough to still let too much good press go to their head.
Under the radar and bomb em. Be gone again before ESPN knows what hit them.
Could care less what anyone outside the Cardinals fan base thinks about the victory.
If you saw the game you know the Cowboys were lucky to even be as close as they were.
That was a big time win against all odds.

Totally agree... Mark this one up as a Cowboy loss and not a Card victory. That works fine by me. If we can get the competition to under estimate the Cards week in and week out we will be sitting pretty. The D played one hell of a game, aside from the one Barber run they played some top notch defense.
I don't care how the write it up it's the score that counts. We wont get respect until we win it all. Two weeks from now is our biggest game of the year.
