"and knows how to get defenders leaning the wrong way before he makes his break"
This is something that needs replay to appreciate (the wire cam is the patron saint of angles, this needs to become the full-time angle). Against Dallas he had a sick in-out move that left Pacman flat for just enough time to lean in and make a diving first down grab.
That list is BS IMO. Any list of top route-runners needs to have Marvin Harrison at the top. Also having Greg Jennings before Driver is a joke. Also, I love Larry but he shouldn't be on this list.
What a joke. Larry is not even the best route runner on the team.
Isn't that speculation? Since we don't know the routes they're told to run it's hard for us to say who is. Previously the coaches have called Fitz out on such things, and Boldin has a reputation for being a good route runner, but where does this come from?
Inherently, I trust a guy who works at "Scouts Inc" to tell us, but now you've got me thinking about it.
I'll send him an email and ask. We'll see if he answers,
This list is way wrong, however, if I had to compile the list of the top 5 guys in the league who have the best hands, this would be it. Especially Housh, Wayne and Larry!
Yeah this list is highly flawed.
