They "sort" of did with Leaf too. They hired that shrink guy to do a brain analysis of players, he told them to avoid Leaf like SARS because he was going to be a real problem, his analysis was that Leaf would not respond well to pressure, that he had one of the worst scores of any person he'd ever "analyzed". San Diego still drafted him.

Some of the Charger fans were talking about it yesterday, why hire the guy if you were going to ignore such pointed advice as that?

Leaf was probably worse because he cost them picks and players too.
