Thats what his agent said. I think its a fact not a rumor.

Quote:
The Cardinals' most immediate needs are on offense, but they also are interested in upgrading the defense. They have expressed interest in Baltimore inside linebacker Edgerton Hartwell, who could visit within a few days. Hartwell was in Kansas City on Wednesday and may fly to Phoenix next, said his agent, Harold Lewis.

The Cardinals are looking at Hartwell, 6 feet 1, 250 pounds, as an inside linebacker. If he signs, Gerald Hayes probably would become his backup or move outside.

Hartwell, 26, is from Las Vegas, which makes Arizona an attractive destination.

A four-year veteran, Hartwell has started the past three seasons at inside linebacker, lining up next to Ray Lewis. The Ravens drafted Hartwell out of Western Illinois in the fourth round in 2001.

That would be a fantastic signing. He's better than Gerald Hayes and is young. Hayes can be good in this league, but Hartwell already is good. Very good.

On the flip side, I think McKinnon would be a great replacement fit in Baltimore. I was thinking about that on the way home. They lose hartwell, but get McKinnon.. The only thing they would really lose is age and speed, since hartwell is significantly younger and a little faster.

It's a reference from that commercial where the guy painting the team name in the endzone accidentally spelled Chefs, instead of Chiefs. A player comes up behind him and says "looks great, but who are the Chefs?", at which point the old man says "great googley moogley".
