I wonder why this can't be taped or whatever. Didn't Favre play with a broken thumb? I'd think a pinky was less than crucial in the throwing motion. Especially if you shoot it up before the game and protect it.

Romo will take no small amount of razzing for missing time because of a pinky.

Then the next two plays, he missed badly with two throws to the left, remember? Bet that had something to do with it. Worked for us, though!

Isn't the Cowboys punter out of action also with a problem with his foot ?

Did anyone see ESPN.com's Hannah Storm mention Tony Romo sacked 3 times and pressured all day by the "fierce" Arizona defense!!

Home field advantage... 2 weeks in a row, 2 QB's knocked out...

I love the physical plays by the Cards!

Lost for the season with a broken foot. Another Cowpie casualty from the Cards game is rookie RB Felix jones with a torn hamstring. They project him to be out 2-3 weeks. I'm surprised it's not longer since it's torn. Could this game be the one to have knocked the Cowpies out of the playoffs?

Romo is out 4 weeks with the broken pinky
Their punter is lost for the season since he broke a few bones in his foot
They lost Felix Jones for 2-4 weeks with a partially torn hamstring

However they have some good news in that their entire Oline will be fine for next week as they did an excellent job of avoiding physical contact whenever possible.

Favre had a hairline crack in his thumb that didn't significantly affect his grip. The pinky can. Warner missed five games in 2000 because of a broken pinky, and you know he wanted to play.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm not knocking Romo but I'm sure he will get the treatment. Even if it's in a lighthearted way.
