Thats interesting.. I took it the exact opposite way.. He was confident there wouldnt be a lockout..

He can blame it all on the players now. "Look I am taking a paycut, why can't the players be more reseasonable...." That type of thing.

I honestly dont believe fans take sides when it comes to this type of thing.. All we want is watch the games.. I dont at least.. Just play the damn games so I can cry some more about the Cards sucking.. haha.. j/k.. I have faith we'll be better next year..

Big figgin' whoop. Why doesn't Goodell just wear $500,000.00 gold medalions, and have a stack of money on the podium when he speaks ?
OOoooo. You are going to change your salary to $1. WOW. What a guy!
What does that mean when you are already a multi millionaire, probably a billionaire by this time.
Not to mention the tax breaks he will get off on from it.
Not really a sacrifice or statement in my book. Actually I find it kinda lame, and arrogant.
I could care less about Goodell's salary. How about he does his flippin' job and get a deal done ?
