Some of these are ridiculous. The 0-2 Chargers are ranked ahead of the 2-0 Cardinals? You've got to be kidding me.

I found this interesting.

How ESPN got their rankings.

At heart, everyone is a Cardinals fan. We all need to believe that things can get better.

SI.com Power Rankings.

Dr. Z is sniffing the glue again.

I don't mind the placement. But we are 2-0 and not 1-1.

I can't disagree with our ranking until we actually play someone. The Chargers lost 2 very close games to two teams that are playoff contenders, we beat two teams that are expected to win 6 or fewer games. If we beat the Redskins this week, we will probably jump into the top 10.

Like his take on the grading system, a little more fluid and manageable from a game-to-game aspect.

SI's Dr Z:

#21 Arizona Cardinals (2-1)
In a fit of exuberance over the Dolphins great innovation, I had originally assigned Miami this spot, but then I thought it through. The Cards beat them fair and square. Arizona fans have been yelling "unfair" at me all season. So I hope this 21st spot makes you happy. It doesn't? A victory over the Jets on the road, will help.

I'd like to point out that both the SI and Fox power rankings have our proper logo.

Did we have a positive effect?
