John Lott
I don't know about you, but I freaking LOVE having this guy in the organization. Just rewatched the video of the euphoria after the game video on azardinals.com and he seems like he's so fired up all the time. Love the chest bump he gave Graves. I wouldn't be surprised if he cracked a couple of his ribs....
Having his intensity in the weight room where he's working out along side the players no matter what time in the morning and always one of the first people to congratulate a player when he comes back to the sidelines is one of the most underrated aspects of why our teams chemistry and intensity is where it's at. His intensity is infectious.
I think he was one of the best hires the Cards made.

Agree. Its huge to always have someone on your sideline that is behind you 100% of the time and is just rooting for you to succeed. The players love coming off the sideline and seeing someone who isn't even playing enjoy the effort and success even more than them.

I love him on the sidelines. He's such a freaking motor. He's got his stinkin mind right, and he's got this team's stinkin mind right.
One of Whis' greatest moves was the acquisition of Lott and the complete revamp of the Cards' weight training facility and program.

I love the guy!
He is the first to congratulate the players.

He's in a unique position to be both a coach AND a fan and boy does he exemplify both.
