Is it possible to carry 2 K's?
Could we carry Duncan and Billy G.?
Duncan for kickoffs (Jim O said he was sending kickoffsa through the goalposts)
Billy G for FG's - He is CLUTCH.

Yes possible but highly DUMB IMO! Its a waste of a roster spot. Sorry arthur but Billy G sucked last year at FGs as well!

Not so dumb if the extra kicker dude prevents a couple of long TD returns during the regular season.
Obviously, the issue must be within the context of "whom do you cut to keep him?"

I'm surprised there aren't more punter / kickers in the NFL. Any reason why?

I agree. I have forwarded this thought a couple times after watching opponents get great field position on kickoffs and wondered if it made sense to carry a kickoff specialist who could boom them into the endzone for touchbacks.
The problem, as I see it, is if the Cards were close to contending it may make more sense to use up a roster spot. I think the only way to do that is to sneak someone (or try to) onto the practice squad.
I do like the idea though. Bill G was trying to comeback from the kee last year so while his performance sicked, there is a pohysical reason he had isues. If it continues this year? Bye bye Billy.

I think that will be the wave of the future. All purpose kickers who can do it all, take up only one roster spot and a bit less cap space than 2-3 kickers might.
