How many times have you hit refresh on this board in the past few hours??
Way too many for me, glued to ESPN News and this board, hopefully someone is manning a radio!

I slept in as late as possible today, knowing that all I'd do would be sit at the computer and hit refresh until we knew if we were going to sign James or not. I've been glued to all TV/Internet all day.

I just run up the steps to see what's happening on the NFL Net and ESPNews crawl. Then I run down the steps to log back onto this website. Then I repeat the process over and over (about 50 times).
I guess, in a way, it's kind of like hitting the "refresh button - only I get a lot more exercise.
