The best part of the article is near the beginning when he says "as they march toward a likely NFC West title."

Listen fellas, I'm for-a win is a win period. It took Warner TWO years to figure out our receivers CAN and most times WILL out jump the CB's and safeties. I disagree that without Warner, we're sunk. Is he off the charts? Close. But, why? If you think, as he seems to, it's about him, I'm guessing, we'll just have to disagree. More than 65% of his completion, TD and big yardage plays, are due to his receivers. If Q doesn't have TWO other WR's crossing him. no TD. If Fitz doesn't go UP and snatch it away, it falls incomplete.
i agree, Warner's throwing at a pheneminal rate, but ask yourselves if, then look at the tape, then tell me it IS all about Warner.
Look at that INT to Breaston. He sees him, WIDE open on the slant, but, counts down Fitz and Q, then goes back to S.B. Too high AND too late.
Just check it out.l
I too, am a Matt guy, but I'll take Warner right now. Maybe even "Pierre'. However, if you think, the success of this offense, is because of Warner, I have to disagree.
That said, no ill intent, hurt feelings, or insult, meant towards any of you. Just my oppinion.

We caught lightning in a bottle here- don't tempt fate with the football gods with this garbage.
Kurt Warner is one the most accurate QB's of all time. He is still accurate. Couple that with 16+ years of experience, a fast delivery. reads defenses as good as anyone and has the heart of a lion and you have a guy who will go into the hall of fame. We have no one on the bench "at this moment in time" who could come anywhere near performing as good as Warner. Yes, we have in my opinion the best receiving corps in football but if a QB cannot deliver it to them where they can catch it it makes no matter. Leinart will be our QB either next year or the year after. That is sort of cast in stone. How good he will be is a total unknown. Warner could very easily go down this year with all the hits he is taking and Matt could be our starter this year. I sure hope not as it looks to me like we have our best chance for a playoff spot in some years. Matt gets hit a lot because he is willing to stand in the pocket until the last moment waiting for receivers to get open and takes hits even on his completions. Not many QB's have that in them.

Be glad you have got to enjoy one of the great QB's that have come through the NFL. He was amazing with St Louis many years ago and he is still a fire breathing QB. Oh yes, he is also a fine human being and a great example to our kids.
