Its nice to read an analysis of the game that I actually watched. To read the Arizona Republic's coverage of this game, you'd think you were reading about last year's cleveland or SF games. Is this board the only place where the writers aren't afraid to describe the obvious improvement these Cards are showing? I know they are 0 and 3. I know they probably can't make the playoffs. Isn't there anything else to be said? These writers are so afraid of being called a Pollyanna, they just won't ever go out a limb to tell you these Cards are showing signs of being on the verge.

Sheesh if I handt watched the game and read that article I would have thought we won 63-3

Anyone who writes an article and praising Spikes is drinking entirely too much kool aid.

I think the only thing that could make me feel more depressed than I did walking out of the Georgia Dome on Sunday afternoon would be watching a tape of the game later on.

Thanks Snakester.

I'm one who can't even afford to listen to it on the radio so I'm forced to "read" it on nfl.com....which can be hilarious since they had Tate with a 64 yard return on the opening kick-off....I've learned not to get too excited until they adjust the stats.

Snakester isn't a kool-aid drinker as much as he is a true Cards fan. He didn't say Spikes was Jonathon Ogden....he said he was improving....but improving from really sucking to sucking isn't much of an improvement. It was good to hear about the left side however.

Dansby and Berry are keys....they're the kind of athletes we'll need to put pressure on QB's.

It was a "positive" article. No problem, I can find the "negative" type in The Rag on any given day.

We have lots of areas that need improvment, nice to read at least one article that talks about the area's that have improved...now back to work Denny.

Good write up

just don't agree with the Spikes take. I think he's the weakest link and must be replaced. I just hope Green's ego doesn't get in the way, as it appears to be doing in some cases.
