August 29 -- Roster cutdown to maximum of 75 players.

September 2 -- Roster cutdown to maximum of 53 players.

September 3 -- Clubs may establish practice squad of eight players.

Thanks Joeshmo. You would think they would stagger the first cuts from the 2nd a little earlier than that.
