Whatever Proven means he has proven he gets it done period, may not be pretty but he has gotten it done here back to back 1200 for this team behind this line? You are entitled to your own opinion and mine is you don't bench a guy who has grinded it out for this team to start a rookie. Sorry the offense doesn't look better the last three games than it did the prior 10 even going back to last season. TH has show me nothing but a few good runs in 3 games and a bunch of losses or no gains, I don't believe he is ready to be an everydown back yet, IMO. You don't have to agree but you don't have to harp all over me because I am not all giddy about an average TH.
Yea you do bench a guy in the middle of the season for a rookie when the rookie has more upside.
Your veteran player isnt getting with the program and is missing practices unexcused for no good reason in the middle of a bye week.
When your veteran player was averaging something like 2 yards a carry in his last 30 attempts and fumbles at the worst possible times.

uh do you really want me to answer this question? When Edge was starting, we averaged 28.57 ppg. Since Edge was benched, we've averaged: 29.67 ppg.

Not only that, but it seems he asked to be traded (because the story is 3 weeks old) rather than relegated to RB3 duties. Seems a pretty reasonable request to me. Also seems reasonable that he'd be turned down.

Only if he or his agent made a fuss about it after being told No. But that didnt happen. We are a full 3 weeks after the fact finally hearing about it and making a big deal out of it. A big deal out of it when the Team, Edge, or his evil agent are not making it a big deal like the media and fans are trying to make it.

I'm all for players putting "team first," but that saying is a little misleading isn't it? There's balance, and for a guy HoFer like Edge to be relegated to 3rd string, I can't hold it against him to ask to go somewhere where he'll play.

Where do you honestly feel he would get PT? He would likely get released and remain unsigned would be my guess.

With a team like Tampa, I am sure he would at least be in the rotation. Are you telling me the Broncos wouldn't love to have a guy like Edge in the backfield? He may not be a perfect fit for the one cut and go scheme but he is used to zone blocking and the alternative is of course Hillis.

There is no harm in asking for something.
Unless there are players in the locker room that have some of the same feelings that some fans are expressing.

Maybe a little misleading. I wouldn't doubt it if there are players that confused, disappointed, even abandoned by Edge's actions. If his most important thing is to win, and we are winning, why would he want to leave? We have been on top of the division the entire year. His statements contradict each other.
