and bring in who? How come there are threads like after every time the Cards lose. What about Ralph Brown making a couple plays to help the win last week? Really, who should we bring in? And don't just say anybody.
RR chill out with wanting to cut players who have bad games. Ralph brown has played well these past few weeks and was huge in the SF game. These guys know the system and get significant time you don't cut them in the middle of a playoff run. With your line of reasoning they mine as well cut Warner, Breaston, and anyone else who made mistakes today. All of these players helped get the team where they are today just enjoy the ride.

Ralph Brown is our 4th cb. I repeat. OUR FOURTH CORNERBACK!!! He made an amazing play on a screen pass getting off the block and making a tackle that saved a HUGE gain. Yes, he missed the onside kick. He's not a receiver, he is our fourth cb.
For depth purposes, we be absolutely stupid to cut him. He's played very well for us.
Matt Ware should definitely get a serious talking to, but not cut. Look at our replacement for Ali Highsmith. Missed a tackle on ST's that would have saved a long gain on the return. That shows how you're better off having guys that have played in the system than bringing somebody new off the street.
As for Digler, his punting was much better in this game. He overthrew the botched hold/2 pt conversion and that was bad, but there were many other factors that caused us to lose this game than that.
Short memories on Brown. Remember that tremendous swat he had against the Seahawks that prevented a Koren Robinson touchdown that would have lost us the game?
Dirk Johnson and Matt Ware have sucked to a new level of sucking
No one should get cut on a short week...there's no time to bring in and assimilate a new player into the system.
After this week, however, the Cards may want to take a good look at their roster for the stretch run...keeping 4 TEs and 2 FBs, all of whom are not making much of an impact on the offense and the special teams, when we could really use help in the secondary and obviously on STs.
Ware's been decent in his role until today.
Brown has been playing better recently.
Johnson makes Rackers confident...despite his bobbles, and, er, erratic punting. He did boom one 50 yarder today, however.
I think it's an over-reaction wanting to cut Brown... he's been a pleasant surprise... I do however think they should make him wear this jersey next game.
The punter is close to getting cut. He is on a short lease. The only reason he is still on the team is not to upset Rackers who is kicking well. But damm this guy cant even get the hold right.
Ware's play was unforgiveable. 3 penalties on special teams? And each one critical and a stupid non-aggressive type (face mask, offside, clip). Johnson has been awful all year and has cost us chances to win in at least two of the losses and his punt out of bounds with a minute or two left last week almost cost that game as well. those two have to go. Brown on the other hand showed promise. His big mistake yesterday was in not going to the ball but waiting for it to come to him. He'll get better. The other two won't.
