We can pick up a great back in the 2nd or 3rd RD I'm telling you. The problem is the Cards aren't used to picking so late. But Whiz does have knowledge on this. Pitts. always are in the lower teer. Good for them. New England seems to do well also.
Chris Johnsons speed of under 4.3 was as advertised.
Stewart at 235 lbs running a 4.44, showing amazing strength in the upper body by doing the most bench reps and showing amazing lower body strength by getting the best vertical jump score as well.
the trio of McFadden, Stewart, and Mendenhall I think are going to make which ever team that picks them very happy.
Felix Jones and Mike Hart sure didn't help themselves out with their combine days.
Torian running a 4.65 at over 220 pounds with a pin in his ankle and having not worked out like other players for the 40 yard dash should show scouts something.

Mendenhall's second run at 4.37 sold me. But by the measurables, both he and Stewart would seem to get stronger with more carries. They both can tote the load at the next level IMO. Does that make Edge expendable if we go that route?
Jackson, DeSean 4.35
Caldwell, Andre 4.37
Franklin, Will 4.37
Jackson, Dexter 4.37
Obviously, the first two are well known but I don't know anything about Franklin and Dexter Jackson. Maybe one of our Mizzou guys can tell us about him.

Dexter Jackson is from Appalachain state. You may remember him leaving the Michigan defense in the dust. He's the fastest guy in the draft. He's only about 5'9 and will be a gimmick type guy in the NFL. He's kind of a super fast Randle-el,which is not bad. I would love to use 5th-7th round pick on him.

No way IMO. If anything, we should really value having Edge to teach. He still picks up the blitz better than any RB not named Portis. Two years ago Jacksonville took Maurice Jones-Drew in the 2nd round. His arrival has elongated Fred Taylor's career and at the same time, Taylor's presence has helped to give Jones a head start over many young RBs.
