I could go with Red, Black, or Copper.
I chose red.
To hot in AZ for Black helmets (Brains would bake) although since they will be moving into a new statium that can limit the heat factor... hell why not!
Copper is to close of a match with Niners gold (although if they darkened the Copper color I could see deal with it)
Red. Would tie in the fact they were called the Cardinals because of color not the bird.

By the way, what does copper have to do with the Cardinals. Sure, it's part of the state, but wouldn't it look out of place?
At least use the white, red, or black colors.

About as much as the cardinals have to do with arizona.
Copper mining was huge back in the day and still represents Arizona's title as the "copper state"....will the front office go that direction?
I'm guessing 'no' cuz it would be too radical a departure from the traditional cardinal colors.
Besides who else in the NFL has copper helmets? Methinks it would be a great marketing move...but hey what do I know...I just pave freeways. |

I like black, but it will be too HOT for the guys out there...Plus red is more of a psychological thriller...Kind of makes me hungry...

I think they should be really shiny chrome like the jeepneys in the Philippines.
With all the sun in Arizona it would reflect off the helmets and blind the other team, plus it looks really cool.
