Cardinals Players To Participate As Sandwich Artists To Assist Families
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Thursday, November 17, 2005
Tempe, AZ – Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin, kicker Neil Rackers, guard Rolando Cantu, and wide receiver Bryant Johnson will participate as celebrity sandwich artists at Subway, 1501 N. 43rd Avenue, (43rd Avenue and McDowell, Phoenix) from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18. The players will kick-off a weekend long fundraiser with all proceeds going directly to the Subway Cares Fund to benefit the families of Guillermo Rodriguez and Rafael Encinas.
Rodriguez and Encinas, both 17-year old high school students, lost their lives during an attempted armed robbery at that Subway location on November 5 as the teens were preparing to close for the night.
The Subway location will re-open on Friday with all of the proceeds from sales this weekend going directly to help out both families. Additionally, a portion of Friday’s sales at the Subway restaurant at 75th Avenue and Thomas will also be donated to the Subway Cares Fund.
Donations may also by made at any Wells Fargo branch, account number #530 607 2660 or to the Subway Cares Fund.
Great, I can just see Boldin slicing his hand open; making that "special" bread cut they do. :/
Nobody ask for hot peppers either, we dont want them touching their eyes and blinding themselves. Also dont get you sub toasted so no one burns themselves. Plus when yoo order tell them you want your bread open with their hands and not any knives.

And make sure none of them are allergic to tomatoes.
