Or you travel in "lowbrow" circles. See, I can quote a word to be mean too. I just hate it when people mock the use of commonly-used words. It's like people want us to devolve from any form of education, and mock people for sounding smart. Yeah, sometimes people use big words to try and sound smart and belittle others. It is equally true that people of low intellect and/or low education (not you) mock others for everyday speech and try to make out like using real words makes you a nerd.
