We needed the Bills' game to keep our goals in sight. 1st, WIN the NFC WEST. Mission accomplished! The Dallas & Carolina games will be tough. Winnable, but tough. If we should lose both, we're (3-4) with the Rams up next. There are NO gimme's in the NFL but we should beat the Rams. So, (4-4), with the 49er's coming to town. Monday nite football! The place will be going KRAZY! So, for now, we're (3-2) and at least in position to talk about "future- games. One at a time, my friends. GO CARDS! SHOCK THE WORLD!! WE BELIEVE!!!
When I looked at the next (3) games...BUFFALO, DALLAS, and CAROLINA!! WE needed to get at least (1) WIN in those (3) to keep us in the mix. We beat BUFFALO! That's the "mission accomplished" part. GO CARDS!!
i'm hoping for a split at best, but I see two losses coming, followed by two wins against the Niners/Rams to get us back to 5-4. As long as we don't look like we did against the Jets, I won't freak out.

What were the COLTS before Manning?? What were the Steelers in the 60's?? What were the 49er's before MONTANA?? Under Whiz', Grimm, & Co. we're (8-2) at HOME. We're in 1st Place all-alone! We're drafting VERY well. (ie; Campbell, Hightower, etc.) The fans are EXCITED!! I know the PAST sucked! We ALL DO! BUT, the Future looks bright and the Present is pretty darn GOOD! ENJOY THE MOMENT!! CARDS-41 (Previously UN-DEFEATED) BILLS-17!! GO CARDS!!
It is very possible, probable even that we lose the next 2 games. Can this board handle it.

I don't get it! We have been through worse...
Oh, there's no doubt that the tone will turn dark, but it's nothing that we haven't weathered before.
Having said that, this Sunday will be a battle, but I think that the Cardinals will come out with a win.
It's no longer about the competition, if they play up to their potential the Cardinals can win against anyone! Of course, that same thought is what makes it so frustrating when they play like crap...
But I think the Cardinals are learning to handle success.

It will be about their competition this week. If their competition plays to their potential this week......a lot of cowboys fans will have every reason to be every bit as confident as you are...and probably more just to be fair. the cowboys lost one road game last year and haven't lost one this year yet. and I would point out that the road game lost was at washington in the last game of the season in which they rested many starters. this is a very strong road team coming in too.

I don't get it either. Nothing could be worse than weeks 2-9 of the 2006 season. If we can survive that we can handle anything the Cards throw at us.
