Biggest stat of the Preseason
Not one of our QB's threw an interception.... (In all 4 games)
That is friggen huge! No mistakes, not even when it 'doesn't count'..... I can't even express how impressed I am with our QB's

Can we call that "coaching up" and make Wild Card happy?

I would like to add a few more.
1. Even though we havent run the ball to well, we are top 5 this preseason in time of Possesion.
2. We are also top 5 in fewest penalties on Offense and 11th on Defense. Which makes us top 10 overall.(that is the sign of better coaching)
3. And our average completion % for all 3 QB's is 80%.

No interceptions and an average completion % for all 3 QBs at about 80%, all without our top 3 recievers.

I know it is still preseason, but it appears that we are getting a lot more first downs. No more 3 and outs where we would Run, Run, Pass, Punt (RRPP)
As much as I loved RRPP ( ) Im glad to see it go

preseason stats don't mean squat to me. I mean did Blake throw a pick last year in pre-season? Yeah - it's nice - but we ain't seen nothin yet. That being said - it's nice not to be 0-4 in the preseason - ONE WEEK AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to God that Fitz and BJ are healthy so we can have something to look forward to next weekend and be able to fool ourselves enough to think there is a slight glimmer of hope.

Cheese, there is always hope. Did we give up when the French bombed Pearl Harbor?--------------------------------

I am glad we won one game.
But I was hoping we lost them all.
Preseason is fun when we win, but it doesn't mean a lick compared to the real thing.
Good coaches use it to evaluate talent, not to beat the other team.
N.E got destroyed tonight, means nothing.

If you can limit interceptions and fumbles you go a long long way to winning a game.

AJCF:
Yeah, I'm happy with our QB play in the preseason. And it speaks to Dennis Green's history of success with multiple quarterbacks that his relatively inexperienced starter, long-time backup #2, and rookie #3 have all looked increasingly comfortable behind center over the last four weeks. As the OL comes together and the team's top WRs get healthy, I expect that they'll look even better.
