Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports the Chicago Bears are working on bringing in free-agent WR Bryant Johnson (Cardinals) for a visit some time next week.

Good for him. He hasn't been in the Cards' offseason plans. I hope he gets a good contract and has a solid career. His 83 rookie jersey will hang proudly in my closet until I decide to sent it to Goodwill.

But I hope he drops 5 passes whenever he plays against the Cardinals.

Yeah, but the Bears resigned Rex Grossman. He will still get as many opportunities at their #1 as he did here as a #3. I base that on balls actually being thrown to him that are catchable.

My thoughts exactly. I don't have any ill will towards the guy, he made some plays, didn't make others, stayed out of trouble, good luck to him.
